I have bought a wireless rear vision cameras for a caravan. The installation went well. I have selected the 6.2" monitor. However on the road, I have realized that a) the monitor was not bright enough for me and b) it was impossible to see with polarized glasses. Safety Dave was excellent in helping me resolve this problem. In the end they have offered to swap the 6.2" unit for the 7" unit, which is much brighter (about 50%), and polarized correctly, so it can be seen with standard polarized glasses. Just to note, the polarization issue on the 6.2" unit, can be solved by applying a depolarizing screen that Safety Dave sells separately. So, whilst I was unhappy with the 6.2" unit, I was absolutely impressed with the support I have received. I have experienced similar level of support with my old camera and a TPMS system.

Ordered TPMS yesterday. Staff were super helpful with my questions and advice, even reducing the postage and throwing in some freebees. Really appreciate the help. Thank you. Tracy

The team were fantastic to deal with. We bought a caravan that came with Safety Dave. Unfortunately the caravan salesperson didnt explain to us at the order time that they were different options of in car monitoring and we received the dash monitor and we wanted the rearview mirror option. We contacted Safety Dave and they happily exchanged with no issues and timely manner. I would definitely recommend Safety Dave and will definitely buy from them again.

Great product.
I have a large canopy on my tray so need a rear view mirror.
The safety Dave works great with both canopy and caravan. Very clear.

Our caravan was fitted with a Safety Dave camera which operated beautifully. When we changed tow vehicles we needed to refit the monitor to the new vehicle. The guys at Safety Dave were tremendous, worked out exactly the new parts we needed and they arrived within a couple of days - Great products and fantastic after sales service.
